Mentor Program
Our mentor program fosters communication and promotes growth among all professionals in the Firm. There is a great deal to know in this profession. Unfortunately, it doesn't all come out of formal courses and books. By formalizing the mechanisms for sharing the knowledge, every professional in the firm partners with a mentor to keep them informed, to help them progress professionally, to answer questions and provide guidance.
Through our mentor program, team members can gain an understanding of the Firm's goals, learn how we can all benefit by achieving them, and understand the team member's role in the process. Team members should feel free to discuss any concerns pertaining to the Firm with their mentor. These can include personal matters, issues pertaining to professional advancement, professional growth within the business community, individual job assignments, industry groups, etc.
