Terry Andre is a Senior Director in the Consulting Division. Terry offers business consulting and management advisory services to clients including strategy and business planning, profit improvement expertise, growth strategy development, and interim management (C-Level). Terry brings 25 years of business experience to the firm, most recently as COO of Burton Golf, Inc. in Fort Walton Beach. He was also a senior manager with Accenture Consulting’s Strategy Group. Terry earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Jason Crawford is the firm's Business Development Director. He is responsible for matching the firm's accounting and consulting services to the needs of the businesses we serve. Jason has four years of experience in business and wealth management consulting. Prior to joining O'Sullivan Creel, Jason spent eight years in the U.S. Army serving in hot spots like Baghdad, Bosnia, and South Korea. Jason holds a bachelor degree in business administration from The University of West Florida and is currently in the MBA program. The Pensacola News Journal selected Jason as one of the Top 40 Community Leaders Under 40 Years Old in the Pensacola area. He is dedicated to this community and is one of the founding members and past chairman of the Pensacola Young Professionals. Jason also serves as a board member for Baptist Health Care and the Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
Marjorie Cummins is a consultant in our audit and accounting services division. She joined the firm in 1978 upon college graduation. She focuses on business accounting and consulting; compilation, review and audit services; and tax preparation and compliance for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and estates. Marj also has extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, profit improvement and cost allocation plans and retirement planning. She is often asked to speak on a wide array of tax and other accounting topics.
Marj earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an accounting major from Florida State University in 1977. She became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida in 1978
Larry A. Kemp, MS, FACHE
offers a wide array of operational, administrative and business consulting services focusing on the specialized needs of physicians, medical practices and healthcare entities. His 25 years of experience in a variety of healthcare settings, allows him to bring a unique consulting expertise in healthcare options, business development and physician organization. Larry has held a broad range of executive leadership roles including CEO, COO, and Administrator positions with hospitals-health systems and physician medical groups. He has served as a consultant and a national speaker to physicians and the corporate healthcare industry for physician relations, medical practice management, business operations, strategic advisory, compliance, and reimbursements.
Ray Moody
is the firm's Director of Audit and Accounting. Ray's responsibilities include assisting audit partners in the firm by performing quality control reviews of assurance engagements and assisting in the training of audit personnel. Ray spent 30 years as an audit partner with KPMG in Atlanta. He also served seven years as a lecturer in Accounting at Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Ray earned an MBA from Florida State University.
Ray Moore is the firm's Director of Tax. Ray has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations and restructuring, shareholder and owner buy-outs and redemptions, and general corporate, partnership, and LLC tax issues. Ray also performs due diligence engagements for clients who are looking to purchase a business and desire a professional review of the financial and business operations in anticipation of that purchase. Ray is experienced in multi-state taxation at both the individual and corporate levels, as well as taxation of partnerships and LLCs and advises clients in foreign tax issues. His industry experience includes coal and timber (and other natural resources), contractors, real estate, and service professions. In addition to his role as the firm's Director of Tax, Ray coordinates the tax education program for O'Sullivan Creel's in-house continuing professional education.
