Steve Jay is a partner in our tax services group. He joined the firm in 1971, upon his college graduation. He currently leads the firm's Okaloosa County division and is the partner-in-charge of the Destin office. He has extensive experience in strategic income tax planning for business and individuals, in addition to retirement and estate tax planning.
Steve earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1971. He became licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Florida in 1973. He has earned certificates of achievement in Governmental Accounting and Auditing, and Tax Planning for Individuals and Businesses from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has served in many capacities on boards and committees of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
