Kevin Bowyer is a partner in our audit division. He joined the firm in 1990, following his college graduation. Kevin is experienced in planning, supervising and conducting audits of governmental and not-for-profit entities and he has extensive knowledge in small business consulting, business valuations, and tax planning and compliance services for condominium and homeowners' associations as well as other small businesses.
Kevin received his Certified Information Systems AuditorTM (CISA®) certification in 2007 which demonstrates skill, judgment and proficiency in IT audit, security and controls. Kevin leads O’Sullivan Creel’s Information Systems Enhancement (ICE) niche by assessing a client's internal control structures for risks and vulnerabilities in order to prevent losses before they occur and mitigate risks.
Kevin earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting from the University of West Florida in 1990.

Kevin is totally engrained in the Destin community, most recently serving as president of the Destin Chamber. In his spare time, you’ll find him on the golf course or doing "dad things" in the area.
