O’Sullivan Creel, LLP Creates Oil Spill Claim Information Resource for Gulf Coast
Pensacola, Fla. – June 17, 2010 - The economic and environmental damage to the Gulf Coast is hitting home. Individuals and businesses that have sustained damages or loss of income as a result of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill have the right to seek compensation for their losses. The O’Sullivan Creel Oil Spill Task Force reviewed the requirements of the BP Claims process, and noted the inefficiencies of all resources available in one place and the online submission form not currently available for general business use. As a result, our task force created an Oil Spill Claim Information Packet. The sample documentation includes a claims form and instructions, items to consider in preparing a claim package for submission to BP for damage recovery, a suggested cover letter, and additional resources.
Our team at O'Sullivan Creel is dedicated to assisting our clients and community
with services needed to file claims or lawsuits, while at the same time
positioning businesses for the potential adverse conditions ahead.
O'Sullivan Creel can help file an accurate, documented, and thorough claim,
increasing the likelihood of a successful payment in a shorter period of
time. Even if a business has already filed their first claim, O’Sullivan Creel
can evaluate the current claim, and adjust the interim claims moving forward.
