O'Sullivan Creel, LLP has been named one of the Nation's Best Accounting Firms to Work For by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group. The survey and award program identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in the accounting industry, benefiting the nation’s economy, its workforce and businesses. One-hundred companies were recognized in small, medium and large company categories. With 160 team members, O’Sullivan Creel was named in the medium category with 44 other firms. The rankings – the fourth annual nationwide Best Accounting Firms list – will appear in the December issue Accounting Today and on BestAccountingFirmstoWorkfor.com.

The Best Accounting Firms To Work For program was created by Accounting Today and Best Companies Group. Companies that chose to participate in the Best Accounting Firms To Work For process underwent a two-part survey process. The first part consisted of evaluating each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration, survey and analysis process and determined the final rankings. Companies were not required to pay a participation fee to go through the online assessment process.
